By downloading, accessing, or using Floora: PCOS Pal, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Apple Standard EULA

Floora is distributed through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate agreement is provided. You can review Apple's standard terms at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Lifestyle Support Only

Floora is intended for educational and lifestyle support purposes only. The app does not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Food guidance, educational materials, workouts, AI scanner outputs, and tracking features are informational only and should not replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

Always seek advice from a licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or health concerns. Do not ignore or delay seeking professional medical support because of information provided by Floora.

AI Outputs

Floora may use AI systems to interpret food images or text inputs and provide nutrition or lifestyle-related insights. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Floora may offer weekly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, or lifetime access through Apple In-App Purchase. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under your App Store account settings and Apple's applicable terms.

Subscription access may unlock premium features such as food scanning, recipes, courses, workouts, and personalized daily routines.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Floora for emergency, diagnostic, or treatment decisions
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

No Healthcare Relationship

No doctor-patient, nurse-patient, dietitian-client, or other healthcare provider relationship is created through use of Floora.

Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Floora over time. We may also update these Terms of Use. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
